The worst transport company I have ever used. The drivers white shirt looked as if he hadn't washed it in 3 weeks. Dirty, black collar and his hygiene and weight left alot to be desired. On the company "website" they showcase new model towncars. The one that arrived to pick me up must have been at least 6 years old. I noticed the odometer well over 175,000 miles. When I asked the driver about this he said "the owner isn't really concerned with that". Strange. The car was unwashed, unvacuumed and there was an empty soda can in the back.
Very poor representation of a transport company. I wouldn't recommend them.

We had the worst experience ever with this limo service. It took them 3 months to deposit our down payment, they never returned phone calls or e-mails. Then on the day of service, my wedding, they sent the wrong limo which was quite a bit cheaper then what I paid for. After 2 months of calling to get an explanation of why we received the wrong one, I finally got the answer, well you must not have told us you wanted the white limo, when in fact i met the owner at the storage units were he houses the limos to view them and told him there we wanted the white one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are a rip off and their service is horrible to say the least!

Big Clean Car! Friendly Service! Just as good as the car services with 100+ vehicles but a lot less expensive and the car didn't smell like smoke. They took my two kids to Both Airport, BOS & MHT this year and went the extra mile to make sure they got where they had to go!

Black Tie has been around a while -- 10 years. -- which is a lot for a small limousine company. They have one of Ohio's largest limos, a 24-passenger Ford Excursion, which is really a showstopper. They also have 10-passenger Lincolns and quite reasonable rates. Most of the time, it's an owner driving, so they really pay a lot of attention to detail and good customer service.
