I used ROCKIN CLEVELAND's "Sinatra" party bus for my 21st bday. Nothing went right with them AT ALL!! The driver was 30 minutes late, the dvd player did not work, there was NO mood lighting, the bus broke down and we had to wait forever to go home. Then dealing with the "owners" of ROCKIN CLEVELAND wasn't at all pleasant. They offered me an hour free for next time, like I would even consider using them again! They were rude and full of excuses. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Great customer service, lots of fun to ride with, drivers are always helpful and friendly, especially one of the drivers is the best. She always has a joke or advice or a story to tell to make other peoples day perfect. What a company, just what Stark County needs.

Black Tie has been around a while -- 10 years. -- which is a lot for a small limousine company. They have one of Ohio's largest limos, a 24-passenger Ford Excursion, which is really a showstopper. They also have 10-passenger Lincolns and quite reasonable rates. Most of the time, it's an owner driving, so they really pay a lot of attention to detail and good customer service.
