TOTAL NIGHTMARE, 2HR TRIP TO JFK TOOK ALMOST 5HR, MANY DIFRENT STOPS, SOMETIMES WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE WE WERE. DRIVER WOULDN'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION. NEVER AGAIN.
