Unreliable and unprofessional by TY on December 11th, 2008 on Priority Airport Sedan

Made a reservation for a car from IAD to Baltimore with my credit card and got a confirmation e-mail. It looked like it was from an e-mail bot, so I called the customer service line to confirm. I called twice, and was told that the e-mail confirmation was in the system and that it should be no problem. I arrive at the airport and there is no driver greeting me. I wait about 5 minutes, and then call dispatch. After talking to the owner, dispatch says, sorry there's no car for me. No explanation or anything. No apology or follow-up. Would never use these guys again.
