The limousine arrived 30 minutes late with no apology or attempt to appease the customer. There were only 5 seats in the car, other than the driver, and the company stated it was a 6 passenger vehicle. And the 20% "gratuity" is automatically added! Why is it called a Gratuity if its a required portion of the bill?? So they can do as bad a job as they want and I'm still locked in to paying them a 20% tip. Overall an annoying and unsatisfying experience.

From start to finish Royalty Limousine is great! They are service oriented and the owner is most interested in customer satisfaction. The chauffeurs are first-class as are the limousines. Plus, they price trips the most competitive. Highly recommended.
